Clean academic areas, offices, corridors, lavatories, public areas, etc. Use of mops, brushes, detergents, buffers, and other manual and /or mechanical cleaning equipment to dust, wash and polish floors, stairs, walls, windows, etc. Use ladders and scaffolds to clean ceilings, windows and light fixtures. Set up and take down of equipment for special events, including the placement and removal of tables, chairs, podiums, and stages. Use manual or mechanical equipment to remove snow, clean sidewalks, and drive a ride mower. There are no educational or experience requirements. Must be able to perform medium to heavy physical labor and possess a valid New York State driver’s license, free from major violations or a pattern of repeat violations.
