Financial firm in Long Island City is looking to hire an Office Assistant. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Russian is a plus. This is an incredible opportunity to join our growing team!


Primary responsibilities include:


- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment with a high degree of quality and accuracy;

- Review submitted documents for completeness and validity. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents;

Ability to speak to clients with confidence over the phone and help them on payment modification;

- Review data for discrepancies or errors, provide problem resolution where appropriate;

- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work well with all levels of management as well as external clients/customers;
- Demonstrated ability to work with computers and MS Office software (Word, Excel) and Internet related programs;
- 1-2 Years’ Experience in Office Environment.


Job Type: Full-time (9am - 6pm)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: Hourly + bonus

Work Location: Long Island City (Queens Plaza and Queensboro Plaza Subway Stations)

Work Remotely: No
