We own a two story home in lovely Bayside, NY.

My husband, myself, and my 23 year old daughter live on the first floor.

We can offer you the following:

- One of the 2 rooms in a private, newly painted and newly furnished two room w/bath suite that is the entire second floor of a classic one family Cape Cod. The other room is occupied by a friendly and quiet, professional. female individual.

-Entrance to upstairs is semi-private at the moment
-The available room is the larger of the two- a very good-sized room!
-Brand new bathroom on the same floor (share *only* with other individual on the second floor. Nobody else has access)
-Coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and air fryer in your room! There is no kitchen on your floor.

-Fully furnished:
----full sized bed
----settee
----chair, table, dresser, nightstand, clothing rack, mirror, curtains, rugs etc.

-We encourage use of the front porch and backyard in nice weather!

-We are around the corner from a strip of 6 stores and 4 restaurants. Just about anything you need, including a 24 hour mini-mart!

-We are two blocks from the Q28 bus that takes 15 minutes to go to Main Street Flushing for the #7 train.
-We are an 12 minute walk to the Auburndale LIRR station, a 15 minute walk to the Bayside Station on Bell Blvd
-Bell Blvd is a busy shopping district with lots of stores, restaurants, and nightlife.
-We are a 6 minute walk to the supermarket
-We are a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Bay Terrace Shopping Center - Applebee's, Home Goods, AMC Movie Complex, Five Guys, Old Navy, Outback, more.
-We are a 10 minute walk to the nearest park, 20 to the nearest library

Our busy, bustling neighborhood is consistently in the top 5 safest and most livable neighborhoods in NYC!

The room is $1050.

That includes ALL utilities plus AC in summer, heat in winter and WiFi! Also you have your own heater with temp controls.

We expect to have a washer and dryer in the basement in a few months.

Proof of employment, 1 month's rent and one month refundable security will be necessary.

Oh - we have a cat on the first floor. Unfortunately, our Charly doesn't like other animals, so we can't say yes to dogs or cats, sorry! (But he does love people!)

Room will be ready for move-in March 2.
