Roommates room is on the smaller/medium side so likely ideal for someone who is a bit minimal.

- Doorman & mail room. All packages are left in the mailroom and secure
- personal grocery delivery company Avo delivers groceries same day to building tenants
- plenty of shopping in the area, grocery store down the block, Marshall’s/bed bath beyond/ikea/ rego center mall 10 min walk away and queens mall is a 15 min walk away. R/M trains are an 8 minute walk away. 25 minutes from Manhattan.

About me:

I’m a twenty-nine year old healthcare worker (working from home). Love dancing, reading, writing poetry (I also teach a creative writing and dance course!). I volunteer with several non-profit youth organizations in my spare time!

I love horror movies, Broadway, concerts and have a slight obsession with candles and cute mugs haha. Very easygoing and flexible!

Who I’m looking for:

- Someone with a good credit score. This will have to be provided to the landlord

- Someone who is at least moderately clean and respectable of personal spaces. I like clean but I’m not a stickler and very easy going!

- No issues with guests! Just of course appreciate boundaries and not to make it a very often thing!

All in all, would love to have someone who is down to earth, fun, open to movie nights and gossip sessions :) but also aware of the time for personal time. Open to any questions you may have!
