 Rybak Development  is seeking
a High-Level Construction Superintendent
for a large scale project
 with 10 or more years of RESIDENTIAL AND MULTI-FAMILY experience,
this project will be based in the South Brooklyn-Coney Island Area.
The Construction Superintendent will work as part of the field leadership team and will be responsible for the planning and execution of the project. Along with the project team, the foreman will work with project executives and will be responsible for the following:
Qualifications: 
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
• 10 Years + as Head Superintendent
• Licensed Superintendent With DOB + 62 Hour Safety
• Experience In At Least 1 Similarly Sized Job as HEAD Super.
  Will Check All References Including Design Professional.
• Proficient In Construction Software Such As Procore
• Able To Perform a Take-Off
• Engineering Degree In Relevant Field (Not Required To Be RA or PA)
• Able To Review Sub-Contractor Agreements and Scope Sheets
  To Ensure Job Is Being Performed According
  To Executed Agreement
• Able To Keep Track of CWO
• Able To Maintain All RFI’s With Subcontractors and Communicate
  With Engineers To Reply To All RFI’s.
• Able To Speak To DOB During Inactions To Ensure NO SWO’s
  or Violations Are Issued.
• Knowledge On Chapter 33 in NYC Building Code
• Hold Weekly Site Meetings and Circulate Meeting Minutes
  To All Subs and Owner
• Must Understand Light and Heavy Gauge Steel Framing and
  Able To Work   With Special Control Inspection Agency
  To Ensure Job Has NO NCR’s.
