UES 2BR female roommate wanted

hi, i live on 104th and lexington ave in a 3 bedroom apartment.

it's a 3 bed, but i'm only looking for one other roommate.

there's a large common area and kitchen with all the amenities, and a small bathroom

we are located half a block away from the 103rd street 6 train station. it's literally a 30 second walk from the subway which is unheard of for this price.

on the same block we have a 7/11 convenience store, a big grocery store right across the street (so comfortable to live omg), cute cafes/restaurants and a laundromat just a couple blocks in either directions.

i've lived in NYC on my own (outside dorms) for 6+ years and this building has the best superintendent and management company i've ever dealt with in the city. the entrance and trash area are clean, and if something needs fixing and they come right away.

the furniture are different from those pictured. the living room looks better now, but it shows the scale/size. the room is furnished with a twin size bed. pictured is full size, but it is slightly smaller. the room also comes with a full closet.
